I founded Lakewood Ranch Elite Home Watch to give seasonal and absentee homeowners a trusted local resource for professional, reliable and personal home watch service while they’re away.
After nearly two decades leading marketing teams across the tech industry, from start-ups to global corporations, I felt ready to create something more personal, where my attention to detail could truly make a difference.
My Story
After relocating from Newport Beach, California to Lakewood Ranch, I quickly saw an opportunity to bring a more personal and professional approach to home watch. Friends and neighbors shared stories about unfamiliar subcontractors entering their homes and inconsistent communication while they were away.
That didn’t sit right with me. When someone is entrusted with your home, you should know exactly who is walking through the door and feel confident in the care, communication and follow-through you receive.
So I built Lakewood Ranch Elite Home Watch around accountability, consistency and personal service, with every visit handled with the same attention to detail I would expect for my own home.
My Approach
With nearly two decades of executive leadership experience, I bring organization, attention to detail and consistent follow-through to every home watch visit. My background taught me the importance of clear processes, accountability and communication, all of which are central to the way I run Lakewood Ranch Elite Home Watch.
Having remodeled multiple homes from top to bottom, I also understand how quickly small issues can turn into expensive problems. That experience shapes the way I inspect, document and communicate what I observe during each visit.
At Lakewood Ranch Elite Home Watch, every visit includes detailed digital reporting through Mitti, with photos, notes and documentation so you always have a clear record of your home while you’re away.
