Includes all Essential Care services, plus keyholder access, hurricane readiness coordination, pre-and post-storm inspections, and personalized arrival and departure preparation. Also includes one vendor meeting per month for maintenance, delivery, or repair.

  • Our standard schedule is one weekly visit, aligning with industry-best practices and Florida insurance recommendations.

  • You’ll receive an immediate report with photos and details, along with our professional recommendation for next steps. If it’s an urgent issue, we’ll contact you right away and can coordinate vendor access, repairs, or emergency services, depending on your service level.
    Our goal is to keep you informed while minimizing stress or disruption.

  • Yes. Vendor coordination, deliveries, and on-site contractor meetings are optional add-ons or included under our Elite model. We can meet service providers on-site, oversee work completion, and ensure your home is secure when they’re finished. You’ll receive confirmation once everything is done. All tiers have the option of vendor coordination billed at an hourly rate.

  • Before a hurricane, we’ll:

    • Secure outdoor furniture, décor, and loose items

    • Confirm motorized hurricane shutters are deployed or manual hurricane shutters are properly installed

    • Verify whole house generators are operational (if applicable)

      After the storm, we’ll return for a post-event inspection with full photographic documentation.

  • Absolutely. Our Elite Concierge Plan is designed for homeowners with two or more luxury residences in the Lakewood Ranch area.
    We’ll maintain a customized schedule and reporting system for each home, giving you a unified, organized view of all your properties under one trusted partner.
